Crumb Rubber
Our crumb rubber is manufactured from clean, sorted scrap tyres, mechanically ground down into uniform granules. Magnetic separation removes embedded steel wire, and air separation clears out residual textile fibre, resulting in a clean, consistent rubber crumb.

- 30 Mesh ( < 630 μm)
- 40 Mesh ( < 420 μm)

- Crumb Rubber Granules 0.8mm to 2mm
- Crumb Rubber Granules 2mm to 4mm
Steel Wire
Recovered through precision magnetic separation, our steel wire is processed under strict quality control to ensure it's clean and ready for re-melting or direct reuse. We currently produce approximately [Capacity] of steel wire scrap per month at full operational capacity.

Textile Fiber
Nearly 10% of every recycled tyre is textile fibre often called "fluff" mainly composed of polyester used to enhance original tyre performance. We recover and supply this fibre for reuse in secondary applications.
