Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Chennai branch operations, ensuring operational excellence, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage Air & Sea Import/Export, Domestic & Breakbulk operations.
- Drive revenue through new and existing clients.
- Control branch operations, budgets, and costs.
- Lead and mentor branch employees.
- Develop business growth strategies.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in CHA & Freight Forwarding.
- Business development and negotiation skills.
- Team management and problem-solving abilities.
Education Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate.
